ABOUT USInnovadora Stockholm is an Swedish non-profit organisation, awarded for its international work with projects focusing in gender, democracy, social integration as well as creative and cultural industries. Innovadora Stockholm works from an anthropological and ethical perspective dedicated to assume a social responsibility including the participantes throughout the entire process. Innovadora Stockholm was founded in Stockholm, Sweden in 2008 and is active in Guatemala, Spain and Serbia.
Shari Sabel Strandmark
Shari works as a director and producer for theatre and film. She is particularly interested in creating dynamic portraits focusing on gender issues, portrayal of young people in exposed social situations and social structures. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Politics and Philosophy at Uppsala University.
Siddhartha is a writer and designer for visual arts. He works at IED Istituto Europeo Di Design and gives conferences on international level giving courses on the didactic method of creativity. Siddhartha graduated in Dramatic Arts at Escuela Superior de Arte in Guatemala.
Carmen is a clinical psychologist with experience in theatre, arts and dance. She works with children and young people and is interested in multicultural dialogue and how art could work as a terapeutic tool. Carmen is a graduate of Clinical Psychology from the University of Francisco Marroquín.
Paco is specialist in project management and social innovation, particularly in organizational development, capacity building, civic engagement and gender. He has a Master degree in Project Management for International Cooperation. Involved in social development projects since his young age he has participated in several associations and civic movements in Central America, Europe and North Africa.
Azusa is a performance artist, children’s book author, certified massage therapist and yoga teacher. Azusa has developed the concept of storytelling yoga and works with children and family within Stockholm municipalities. Azusa is a well skilled in health and wellness and is interested in the opportunities of multicultural exchange.
Anja is a set & costume designer, artist, graphic designer and industrial designer. Educated at the Swedish national university of Dramatic Arts (STDH). Anja works as an artist and designs set and costumes for theatre, dance and opera in Sweden and Germany.
Palle is a director and editor and works internationally in television, film, theatre and performance. Palle examines the social and cultural aspects of concepts such as sexuality, gender, desire and normativity.
Clara Lee Lundberg
Clara Lee Lundberg is a dancer, choreographer, journalist and multidisciplinary artist. Graduated from the MA-program New Performative Practices, specialization in choreography, at DOCH – University of Arts, Stockholm. Always operating at the breaking point between activism, theory and artistic practices, inspired by theorist and philosophers like Franz Fanon, Suely Rolnik, BP Preciado, bell hooks and Sara Ahmed. She is particularly interested in analyses of sociopolitical relations, neocolonial structures, feminist theory, aesthetic norms, and psychoanalysis. She has presented a number of her own works at various theaters, galleries, and festivals in Europe and Latin America.
